Pound cake : Defrooze 1 night in fridge, then put 1h at room temperature before eat.
Cannele : For give back the crispy taste on the outside, defrooze the cannele, then bake the cannele at 170C for 10 minute. Let cooldown at room temperature around 30min to 1h.
